Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their appointments without penalty if done at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellation Fee: Clients who cancel within the specified window will incur a fee of $25.00. This fee covers administrative costs and lost opportunities for other clients. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide valid documentation to support their request for exemption. Rescheduling: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointments can do so without incurring a cancellation fee, provided they notify us within the specified window. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
