Our Firm

Cardinal Law Firm was established in 2008 by R. Andrew Cummings QC, who was called to the Bar of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 1975 and was the Senior Partner at the law firm Hughes & Cummings until Cardinal was formed.

Being at the helm of Cardinal and serving clients in numerous matters since its inception, in 2010 R. Andrew Cummings welcomed A. Anique Cummings to the firm, after being called to the Bars of England and Wales and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

In 2012, Jadric J. Cummings joined the firm after also being called to the Bars of England and Wales and St. Vincent and the Grenadines that same year.

In 2018, following the passing of R. Andrew Cummings QC, the firm's operations continued under the direction of Jarand M. Cummings, A. Anique Cummings and Jadric J. Cummings.

The firm continues to represent a myriad of corporate clients in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the region with particular expertise in Banking, Commercial and Property matters. The firm's Trademark department also continues to act as an agent for local and international trademark applicants and the handling of trademark disputes.
